Teacher Description

Morgan’s love of yoga began in the winter of 2014. It started from her desire to find a cure for an eating disorder that she’d battled for eight years. She began taking yoga hoping the mindful movement would help; noticing almost immediately that she no longer felt the need to engage in that harmful behavior. For the first time in years, Morgan began to feel embodied and at ease.
After months of regular practice, Morgan also noticed- while running one day- that the knee pain she struggled with for most of her life vanished! It’s Morgan’s belief that yoga, meditation, and pranayama are great healers. Morgan dove deep into her practice and she realized her dream of teaching yoga- to help people feel embodied and at peace.
In 2016 she became a RYT-200 graduate of Create Karma. ¬†She also recently completed Jonina Turzi’s 20HR Alignment Yoga ‘Core Foundations in Yoga’ and Beth Martin’s Introductory ‘Wall Yoga for Teachers’ Workshop. Morgan believes that all are deserving of wellness and is thrilled to share yoga.
