Yoga has had such a positive impact on my life that becoming a teacher seemed like a natural step for me. In 2009 I received my 200-hour yoga certification, and I have been teaching a joyful Vinyasa flow to adults and children ever since. Using a mindful, yet playful style of yoga, my goal is to empower students to take chances, laugh and be inspired and empowered by their wondrous bodies. With a Masters of Education and a former life working in children’s book publishing, I believe you are never too young or old to start your love for yoga. I am presently working toward my 500 hour Yoga Therapy Certification—as I feel that the benefits of yoga are powerful enough to inform and to heal the body, heart and spirit.
