Certified Alignment Yoga Teacher, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher
Maggie is a certified Alignment Yoga instructor, as well as a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. Although she has only been teaching yoga since 2017, Maggie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In the past, her yoga practice consisted of Ashtanga Yoga and Aerial Yoga, but in more recent years her interests have turned towards Wall Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Alignment Yoga.
Maggie is particularly proud of the fact that she is now a certified Alignment Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Sanctuary School in association with West End Yoga. “Alignment Yoga has literally changed my life. I now have a much deeper understanding of how the human body works and of how I can align my own values with the life that I wish to lead. I am so honored and excited to be able to share Alignment Yoga with others. When we come into better alignment in our bodies, we not only give our internal organs more room to heal, but we can also create more space within ourselves to hold compassion and love for all beings.”
When she is not on her yoga mat, Maggie loves to paint, sculpt in clay, draw, sew, hike, kayak, camp and spend as much time as possible with her loved ones.
