Sat Nam, my name is Sukh Prakash & I came to yoga as a way to stay healthy after having my sons & soon realized Yoga was so much more than the physical body. I was on a journey of discovery! I took as many forms of yoga & meditation as I could find & then Kundalini Yoga found me in 2007 & have been practicing daily since. I have since become a Level 2 Kundalini Teacher, Radiant Child Yoga Teacher & am currently in another Alignment Yoga Teacher Training.
Kundalini Yoga is transformational, awakening the energy of consciousness & shedding light on our self-imposed limitations. Our practice consists of postures that organize the energy for a specific effect, stillness to awaken our Self, & pranayama to purify the body & calm the mind.
