A gentle, prenatal yoga series designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation are used to calm discomforts of pregnancy, while strengthening the body and mind for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Connection to other expectant moms included!
Starting January 26th, 5 consecutive weeks, Tuesdays 10:20am-11:40am.
No prior experience required. Appropriate for all level students throughout pregnancy. We recommend that you consult your physician before engaging in any type of exercise program during pregnancy.
Pricing: $80.00 for 5-week series with registration & prepayment ($16.00 per class).

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Laura Liss, 500 RYT, IAYT, recently completed Susan Elkin’s Pregnancy training at Dig Yoga and is thrilled to empower woman on their journey. After spending her career promoting children’s books, she received a Masters in Education, and soon found yoga to be her passion. Her 200-hour training is in the Baptiste Power Yoga style, but she slowed down in her 500-hour Yoga Therapy training.
