Post-Thanksgiving Gratitude Flow with Tracey Davis

In our yoga practice, we experience gratitude through breath, expansive movements and moments of stillness and reflection.  By diving into gratitude and acknowledging the great abundance in our lives, we come closer to our heart center and are left with a sense of peace and well-being that we can carry into the holiday season and offer out to those around us.  This all level 90-minute class will incorporate heart opening vinyasa flow and finish with soothing restorative yoga.
