Iyengar yoga is for every age, body type & fitness level it is based on the teachings of Sri BKS Iyengar who taught, world wide, for over 80 years & is still considered one of the most influential teachers of all time.
Classes will be taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Maxine Lunn, who has over 20 years Iyengar Yoga practice & 7 years teaching experience to share with students. Maxine’s classes are dynamic & informative she will be leading students covering basic asana’s through to intermediate level poses as appropriate.
While she is away in the UK and with the permission of her instructor; Amy L. Weber, who is immersed currently in the Iyengar Yoga certification process, will be covering Maxine’s class.
Amy has a long background in the yoga world, with other 200HR certifications and deeply loves Iyengar’s process and “skill in action”.
