What: Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic method of choreographed sequences of postures
linked with breath and concentration techniques that aim to give practical experience of
the 8-limbed method. Mysore is a self-guided practice with hands on assists and
adjustments to help students experience asanas more fully and appropriately. All levels
are welcomed whether you know the sequences or not!

When: June 17 th – July 25 th Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning
The studio will be open from 5am – 6:30am – come and go as you please!
