Ayurveda translates to “the science of life/longevity”. It is an ancient, intuitive wellness system that teaches us to pay attention to the connection that we have with the world around us.

As the long hot days of summer shift into the cooler shorter days of fall, our minds and bodies shift as well. Fall and early winter are described as “vata season”, ruled by the elements of air and ether. Due to the seasonal shifts, our wellness routines require different activities, food and self-care to support balanced health.

After a grounding meditation and breath practice, we will enjoy a hydrating herbal tea and discussion. We will uncover the early warning signs of imbalance that are typical during the fall season. Leave with a few vegan fall recipes and a clear plan to support your health through the busy holiday season.

Please bring your own tea mug and a pen/journal for note taking.
