Qoya is a movement practice with meaning. It is a practice of getting out of your head and into your body. There is no way to do Qoya wrong, and the way you know you’re doing it right is that it feels good to be in your body.
Qoya is a movement practice for women that combines yoga, dance, feminine movement, and community connection.
Come as you are and leave as more of who you are!
In 2016, Mallory fell in love with Qoya when she attended her first Qoya retreat at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA with Rochelle Schieck, the founder of Qoya. Mallory returned to Kripalu for another Qoya retreat in 2017 and completed the Qoya Initiation Teacher Training shortly thereafter. In 2018, Mallory completed the Qoya Intensive Teacher Training at Menla Mountain Retreat Center in Woodstock, NY. Mallory is excited to bring Qoya to Lancaster and cannot wait to share this powerful movement practice with you!
