We invite you to join us virtually or in person on March 5th from 7- 8 pm for a great evening of discovery of the impact stress has on our Whole Wellness. Doctor Mary Regan, CRNP from Keystone Functional Medicine will be discussing how Stress impacts our systems, hormone levels, and more. Afterward Jessica Rodriguez will reflect on the impact Yoga has on Stress and invite 700- Hour Certified yoga Instructor Megan Hall- Bunty to lead us through a short 20 minute gentle yoga session designed to introduce common Yoga techniques for managing and balancing stress.
