Sunday Slow Down is an opportunity to unwind, pause, and connect deeply to yourself. In the midst of our busy, yang-driven lives, it’s vital to our sense of wellbeing to take the time to practice Yin.
During this 90-minute workshop, facilitated by Anna Henderer, you’ll have the chance to relax and ease into deep stretches, using the support of blocks and blankets. While you sink into each shape, you’ll have the chance to practice the art of surrendering in order to receive balancing benefits and  insightful introspection.
