Beth Martin RYT 500, E-RYT 200, has enjoyed a lifetime love of health and movement. She found yoga in the year 2000 and never looked back. Her over 700 hours of trainings include Alignment Focused Hatha, Power Yoga, Sequencing, Yoga on the Rope Wall, Aerial Yoga and leadership/wellness through Create Karma.
During a trip to Nepal in 2015, she became inspired by the strength, joy and ease exhibited by those she now considers her Nepali brothers and sisters. She brings these attributes to her classes through focused breath, embodied movement, and authentic stillness. She invites each student to personalize their practice in a way that helps them maintain balance and connection.
