Yin Yoga is a series of yoga postures typically held for three to five minutes to open stuck energy within the mind and body to cultivate balance. Meditation helps to clear the mental chatter by training the mind to be more in the present moment. Amy will offer some different ways for you to create a daily meditation practice.
