Yoga on The Wall | Level 1 with Maggie Mowery

This class is a level one wall yoga class which incorporates aspects of Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, alignment yoga and mediation while utilizing the yoga wall. Emphasis will be placed on listening to the needs of each individual’s body while respecting our limitations, as well as breath work. All are welcome. As with all wall yoga classes, it is best to register ahead of time as space is limited to a maximum of nine students. Please contact the studio 24 hours prior to this class if you need to cancel your registration.
