Yoga For Beginners

Those early in their practice, restarting their practice, or those looking to redefine the time on their mat, are welcomed to join us in this supportive, educational, no-pressure class series. Together, students will explore foundational yoga poses, alignment integrity, safety, prop usage, modifications, and more, with educated and experienced instructors in a class designed just for them.

Our Yoga for Beginners Package: Includes four Yoga for Beginners class passes to attend any of the class days and times, Check-ins with Our Studio leadership team, Yoga For Beginners e-guide, & one hour of personal instruction to review poses & answer questions.

  • All students are welcome: Book from Our schedule for any Yoga for Beginners class using your membership or any class passes.

  • Classes are weekly on Our Schedule:

    • Tuesdays, 10:30- 11:30 am, with Megan H.B.

    • Sundays, 12:00- 1:00 pm, with Jessie R.

I really am brand new to Yoga. Should I do anything to prepare for the series? The series is designed to be welcoming, free of pressure, and fun. Prior to the start of the series, Students should plan to arrive for their class in clothing that they can move and feel good in. Mats are available to borrow and we have everything else here waiting to welcome Our Students. Modifications important for all students and Our Instructors will listen and guide with everyone in mind. Preparation is not needed to attend.

What is the personal instruction and how do I set this up? Each student enrolled in a full series package will receive one hour of personal instruction. This is private yoga instruction time that will focus on a practitioner’s personal needs, questions and to receive feedback on pose alignment. All students enrolled will be contacted by Our studio to schedule their session for a time that works for them and with an instructor that fits their personal preferences and needs. Personal yoga sessions must be used within 90 days of enrollment.

When are the series classes? What if I have work, an appointment, or need to travel during the series? Students that enroll in our Yoga for Beginners Series Package are encouraged to choose one class to attend weekly, but may use their four classes as needed to fit their schedule within 3 months of enrollment.

How do I enroll and what is the cost? Join the series by clicking the link below. Your Studio Profile will contain four class passes to book from any of Our Yoga for Beginners classes. Simply schedule and you are all set! The four week Yoga for Beginners Series Package is $115 and includes one personal yoga session.
