This donation class goes toward our Alzheimer’s Association Fundraising Team, directly helping to fund education, treatments, and ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease. Join us and Stormy to make a difference on 02/18/2023 from 2 - 3 pm.

Class is suitable for practitioners of all levels including new-to-yoga participants. Stormy will teach a traditional gentle yoga class with options to intensify postures and options to allow for all bodies to practice
