Parking

  • Our free, off-street, parking lot is only a 1.5 minute walk across Water St. next to Rachel’s Creperie. Park at the far end closest to Walnut Street.

Practicing

  • Arrival for class begins up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are running late we would still be happy that you are able to join us up to ten minutes into the offering.

  • Pre-registration is easy & walk-ins are always welcome. If a class is full with those that have pre-registered walk-ins will not have available space to practice.

  • Dress should be comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers are encouraged. Wear what you feel good in.

  • Ramp access is available for entrance into Our Studio.

  • Please welcome yourself to tea, filtered water, and light nourishment. Feel free to borrow any books or share a book with Our collection. We have a space for those that would like to store their personal, labeled drinking vessel if you choose or you may borrow a drinking vessel. Please feel free to donate to Our nourishment area via venmo or cash if you are able.

  • All those that Practice should strive to honor and respect others & themselves. Inclusion, honesty, safety, and regard for others are to be practiced.

  • Feedback and communication are encouraged so Our Studio can ensure it is staying on a path to honor the very best in Our Studio Community. You may reach us here with any questions, ideas, concerns, or inquiry.

  • We love to help one on one to choose classes, answer questions, and to learn more about your Studio Profile. Contact us anytime with questions, recommendations, or just to chat.

  • Mats and props are available for all of Our Community to use any time. You are welcome to bring your own, and we have a space for Student mat & prop storage for no charge. We use Rumi Earth mats because they are created focusing on the use of natural, biodegradable, and source- conscious materials while also offering a diverse collection of props designed for practice.
