Mindfulness Meditation for Chronic Pain: A 4 Week Series with Helene Williams, Saturdays, 2- 3:30 p in October
This four-week mindfulness meditation course intends to help you change your relationship with pain and the suffering associated with it. Using research-based mindfulness meditation practices, you will learn how to work with the difficult physical sensations associated with pain, the beliefs surrounding it, and the related emotions that arise from it.

This course includes handouts and audio recordings for your home practice.
Suitable for all levels of experience
Each class builds upon itself, and you will benefit most from attending all four sessions.
