Mindfulness Meditation for Chronic Pain: A 4 Week Series with Helene Williams, Saturdays, 2- 3:30 p in October

This four-week mindfulness meditation course intends to help you change your relationship with pain and the suffering associated with it. Using research-based mindfulness meditation practices, you will learn how to work with the difficult physical sensations associated with pain, the beliefs surrounding it, and the related emotions that arise from it.

  • This course includes handouts and audio recordings for your home practice.

  • Suitable for all levels of experience

  • Each class builds upon itself, and you will benefit most from attending all four sessions.
