Introduction to Supreme Release Yoga: 4 Weeks with Sonia, Sundays 6-7:15 pm, 9/18- 10/09
Experience yoga as a nectar: nourishing, revitalizing, revelatory.
This series is a foundational entrance into the practice of Supreme Release Yoga (SRY), and an introduction to it’s key principles and practices.
SRY is a yoga practice that gently reaches into, decompresses and nurtures the spine – the axis of physical health and the conduit of the spiritual journey. The result of SRY is body healing, life transformation and inner awakening. There is no workout, or performance.
Instead, we are making a sacred pilgrimage within to discover the Self of the self. In SRY, you find an approach rooted in authentic Vedic teachings and founded in the radical act of love as a means to truth. In a SRY practice you’ll find slow, intentional, and restorative poses that enable you to authentically soften and nutrify your body, mind and spirit.
We remember, “yoga teaches you to love yourself, starting with the body“
Along with In-Studio work, students will learn how to take this practice home with them, and bring SRY into their daily lives. Reg. $120, Studio Members $110 automatically deducted at checkout
