She encourages her students to listen to their bodies and move in ways that serve their body, mind, and soul in that moment. Megan is a wife, mother of two elementary-aged children, and a cat-mom. She has held many jobs including preschool aide, piano teacher, and professional musician. She owns a small outdoor yoga studio in East Hempfield, Unity Life Yoga, and is also the Creative Director at West End Yoga.
