A blend of Qigong and common Tai Chi movements, Tai Chi Easy is designed to improve the quality of life for all people. Tai Chi Easy is an evidence-based health intervention that works for any population. It uses slow and careful movement without strain to strengthen the body’s own healing forces and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress.
This class can be practiced standing, walking, sitting in a chair and even lying down. In this 45 minute class we will explore Embodiment, Breath, and Gentle Movement. All abilities welcomed and celebrated.
