  • Learn the French Terminology for the Various Movements - Neida helps you understand the words in fun ways you'll remember

  • Experience the Basic Foot Positions & Bodily Alignments

  • Familiarize Yourself with the Various Equipment and Props Used During a Barre Class

  • Functional strength training incorporating resistance bands and free weights

  • How to have fun while breaking a sweat!
