The program will open with a guided meditation led by Shelah, concentrating on the symbiotic relationship between our bodies and the natural world. Tommy will then inform us about the power we all have hidden within our breath, and the dynamic influence it can have over our bodies and minds.. 

To wrap up, we will meditate on our breath and its movements within the body. This will illustrate and incorporate the knowledge into our heads and bodies, allowing us to feel the effects in a very practical, tangible, and engaging way.

 You will walk away from the event with a new outlook on how you can quickly and easily take control over your mind/body connection.

The tiny little hairs on the inside of your nose act as  “filters” to stop germs, dust, etc. from coming into your body. Focusing on our breath can help us bring harmony to our minds and bodies, and help mitigate a number of health issues such as high blood pressure, sleep issues (ie. snoring or sleep apnea), digestive issues, and mental clarity and focus.
