Overview and exploration of the anatomy and physiology of the breath.
How to complete a simple self assessment & ways of observing your breath.
Learn and practice 3 breathwork techniques and their various benefits.
Open Q&A and discussion about navigating a home breathwork routine.
Tommy offers a weekly class on Tuesday evenings, “Mixtape Yoga”, from 7:15-8:15 pm.
During March 2023 Tommy is offering an additional class, “Side B” on Saturdays from 12-1 pm.
Tommy incorporates pranayama in his classes and finds connection through music, lyrics, & energy patterns.
Tommy Miller is a certified Breathing Coach & RYT 200 and he creates a space that is calming and open for Students to connect into themselves for a deeper experience as they choose.
