Join Monica de Vitry for a workshop to celebrate the first Full Moon of the year, landing in the moon-ruled Zodiac sign of Cancer.

Combining Meditation, Mindful Art, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, this workshop will hold space for you to celebrate the fullness of life and release what no longer serves you.

All supplies and props will be provided; participants may want to bring a journal.
