Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation allow us to reconnect to our inner Self & inner strength. This class pulls all three practices together, offering practitioners tools that may be used for a lifetime. Attendees can expect to be offered and trained in techniques derived from Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation with the intent of adding to their toolbox an array of ways that they can improve their wellbeing in the every day. 

 Modalities utilized with these practices include:

  • Accessible to all: Can be applied while seated, standing, or lying down.

  • Evidence Based: Research shows that these practices are known to reduce the sensation of pain, decrease blood pressure, lower stress-levels, and increase body awareness, resulting in lower risk of trips and falls

  • Promotes Long Term Mental Health: Additional research suggests that these modalities have an impact on our brain health, including emotional regulation, resiliency, and slowing down grey matter atrophy.
