Join Maggie Wednesday mornings 10-11 am for class. “Alignment Yoga has changed my life. I now have a much deeper understanding of how the human body works and of how I can align my own values with the life that I wish to lead." With a practice spanning over 25 years, Maggie is certified in both Alignment Yoga and Hatha Yoga, and has been instructing yoga students since 2017, When not on a yoga mat, Maggie loves to paint, sculpt in clay, be in nature, and spend time with loved ones.

Yoga Nidra & Prenatal Yoga with Sandie Rodriguez

Yoga Nidra: Thursdays, 4:45- 5:45 p. We all need a break from routine. We all deserve a moment to ourselves. To be in silence, away from the chaos of life. To connect with the divinity. A place where all answers are found. A class to let go consciously and remain in the present moment.

This class starts with a guided meditation, followed by yoga nidra accompanied by 15 minutes of shamanic drum rhythms, and finishing with a deep, purposeful silence. Come and close out your week by setting your mind and body at ease.

Prenatal Yoga: Tuesdays, 4:45- 5:45 p. Welcome all mamas to the adventure of the miracle of life. A class created just for you, to help connect your body with your baby and prepare for a lovely arrival. Designed to strengthen your hips through soft movements, focus on conscious breathing, improve flexibility, relieve areas of stress, and provide support to your inner balance. Whether you are trying to conceive or are in your second trimester, or even if you are simply interested in this style, all are welcome to participate.

Barre Burn: NOW on Thursday Evenings with Neida!

By popular feedback, Neida brings her loved Barre Burn to Thursday nights! Join her 7:15- 8:00 pm for a class designed to increase muscular tone, improve posture, mobility, stability, balance, and endurance. With modifications to to increase or decrease intensity as needed, this class is suitable for all levels including hand weight options, barre props, bodyweight, & more for personal growth.

  • Traditional Barre movement with high repetitions for muscular strengthening

  • Yoga breathing and selective Asana for balance and lengthening

  • Light Ballet and dance techniques invite a dynamic workout to facilitate new muscular definition including supportive tissue

  • Functional strengthening using body weight and light free weights

  • Cardiovascular training  by way of increasing the heart rate for a well-rounded experience

Flow for Flexibility

Katie A. Fridays from 2:30- 3:30: A flow that guides practitioners through asana toward extending the length of connective tissue and muscle. Fluidity and elasticity are applied with intention of thought & breath, moving toward a refreshing reminder of the pliability we hold as we navigate our personal paths.
