Chakra Exploration & Flow: 8 Week Series with Megan, Mondays 6:45-8:00 pm

Chakra Exploration & Flow - An 8 Week Series

Chakra Exploration & Flow - An 8 Week Series

So what are these Chakras that we hear so much about in the yoga world?

Simply put, Chakras are vortexes of energy located along our spines, but they are so much more than that. Megan Hall-Bunty likes to look at the Chakra system as an ancient form of psychology. Working through our Chakras systematically will help us understand ourselves in a whole new way.

Employing asana, mudras (hand gestures), and bandhas (locking/engaging muscles in certain areas of the body), Megan will lead this 75 minute class in an explorative way, allowing you to engage, ask questions, and be curious.

What to Expect:

- 20 – 30 Minutes of Asana (poses) and Gentle Movement

- 30 – 45 Minutes of Meditation, Mudras, Bandhas, and Discussion

Chakra Yoga Flow

Each week will also include a brief introduction to the Chakra system, as well as a quick recap of the previous week. You do not need to attend every week. However, if you will be on vacation and would like to join virtually or receive a recording of the class, please let Megan know ahead of time here. You must register ahead of time for the virtual class if you’d like the recording.

Please note that this is not meant to be a lecture. You are not required to engage in the discussion, but your input and questions are valued and encouraged!

This special series is exchanged the same way as regular classes.
